SELF-PAY FEE SCHEDULE
RFC is one of the most affordable fertility cost in the nation!
Effective December 1, 2025, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card. Accepted payment methods include in-person payments (cash, debit card, or credit card), online payments (ACH or credit card), and payments made by telephone (credit card only). Debit cards may be accepted over the phone; however, it will be processed as a credit card transaction, and the 3% credit card processing fee will apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are valid for up to 6 months from the date of payment. After 6 months, any eligible amount may be applied as a credit toward future services at Rejuvenating Fertility Center (RFC).
Please note: If a refund is requested for a promotional package or discounted service, the promotion becomes void, and fees will be recalculated at the standard (non-discounted) rate.
Does RFC accept insurances?

RFC accepts most major health insurances in the U.S. including Blue Cross Blue Shield (some but not all), Aetna, GHI, and others ONLY in our CT location.
