SELF-PAY FEE SCHEDULE
RFC is one of the most affordable fertility cost in the nation! Please note that, as of December 1st 2025, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit card. This fee covers the cost charged by credit card companies.
Refund Policy
Refunds are valid for up to 6 months from the date of payment. After 6 months, any eligible amount may be applied as a credit toward future services at Rejuvenating Fertility Center (RFC).
Please note: If a refund is requested for a promotional package or discounted service, the promotion becomes void, and fees will be recalculated at the standard (non-discounted) rate.
What is the IVF success rates at RFC?
RFC’s success rates of 59% surpasses national averages of 43% with tailored treatments for every patients especially those with low AMH, high FSH, PCOS, or those who are poor responders to conventional IVF. Since 2020, RFC has been reporting highest success rates yearly in the country with a 68% success rate for IVF with PGT. Emphasis on affordability and personalized care is our main mission.
Does RFC accept insurances?
- RFC accepts most major health insurances in the U.S. including Blue Cross Blue Shield (some but not all), Aetna, GHI, and others ONLY in our CT location.
- Please note that effective December 28, 2025, we will no longer participate with WIN Fertility.
- We do not accept insurances in any of our four New York locations.
