Dr. Zaher Merhi, born in Lebanon, is the founder and Medical Director of Rejuvenating Fertility Center (RFC). He is an internationally recognized fertility doctor, lecturer, editor, and grant reviewer. His academic appointments have included Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, NYU School of Medicine, and the University of Vermont. He has served as a Professor at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and was the Director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Fellowship program (ACGME accredited). He currently holds academic positions at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Maimonides Medical Center.
Dr. Merhi holds 3 American board certifications: Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and High-Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD). He is one of the few Reproductive Immunologists in the country and is an active researcher in women over 40, low ovarian reserve, GLP-1 Receptor Agonists, gentle stimulation IVF, ovarian rejuvenation, stem cell ovarian rejuvenation, Racial Disparity, Ozone Sauna, environmental toxins, diet, cannabis, and COVID-19. He has received Grant Fundings for over a decade from the ASRM, SRI, New England Fertility Society, and others.
He was named “One of the Top 2% Scientists in the World” and has been awarded Top OBGYN Doctor, Top Reproductive Endocrinologist, and the ASRM Star Award multiple years in a row. He served as a Chair on several committees and he is active on the NIH, ASRM, New England Fertility Society, Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI), and Endocrine Society.
He has published over 110 peer-reviewed articles and continues to present internationally. His research has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, CNN, USA Today, National Geographic, NBC, NY Post, and many other outlets.

Dr. Nicole Browne is a double board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of parenthood. She earned her medical degree from Yale School of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
She then completed a prestigious REI fellowship through the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and National Naval Medical Center, where she conducted research on ovarian function and fertility preservation. Before joining RFC, Dr. Browne has practiced at several leading fertility clinics, including Kindbody, New England Fertility Institute, Hudson Valley Fertility, and Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine.
She has published extensively in medical journals such as Fertility and Sterility, The Cancer Journal, and other peer-reviewed journals. She has lectured nationally on ovarian reserve, reproductive ethics, and fertility preservation, and has been recognized with the Patient’s Choice Award, Compassionate Doctor Recognition, and as a New York Super Doctors “Rising Star.”

Dr. Maab Ezz Aldeen is an experienced OB-GYN with a specialized focus in reproductive medicine and IVF. She earned her medical degree from Damascus University and completed her OB-GYN residency at Aleppo University Hospital, where she achieved both her Arab Board Certification and a Master’s degree in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr Ezz Aldeen did her Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility with Dr Merhi in New York.
She also holds a Master’s in Bioethics from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences and completed hands-on IVF and micromanipulation training at the Cleveland Clinic’s American Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Dr. Ezz Aldeen has practiced in leading reproductive centers, including King Abdulaziz Medical City in Riyadh, and currently sees patients in Brooklyn, NY. She volunteers offering free online consultations to Syrian refugee patients, demonstrating her deep commitment to accessible, ethical care.
She is an active member of ASRM, WALS, and SAMS and provides compassionate, evidence-based fertility support tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Dr. Marco is double board-certified, holding certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and in High-Complexity Laboratory Directorship (HCLD) from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB). He is the co-founder of RFC and was part of the leadership that helped RFC earn recognition as one of the world’s most innovative fertility clinics in 2024. After completing his OB-GYN training at the American University of Beirut, he completed his REI fellowship under Dr. Merhi in New York.
During his training, Dr. Marco received multiple academic awards and presented at several international conferences. He is a published author on ovarian rejuvenation, PCOS, endometriosis, recurrent implantation failure, and the impact of COVID-19 on fertility. His groundbreaking work on cost-effective ovarian stimulation medications earned him the 2023 ASRM Prize Paper Award.
His research reflects his commitment to integrating basic science and embryology into clinical reproductive care. His work has been featured in Best Health, MedPage Today, Healio, PopSugar, and other media outlets.
