The Adonis Kit is an at-home sperm cryopreservation kit from RFC. Instead of traveling in to provide a sample, you receive a discreet kit at your door, collect privately, and a courier returns it to our laboratory — where it is analyzed and frozen using the same protocols we use for samples collected in-office.
For couples going through IVF, retrieval day usually means two schedules, two trips, and both partners in the same place at the same time. The Adonis Kit removes that requirement for the male partner — the female partner travels for retrieval, while his sample is already safely preserved.
A pilot study conducted by our laboratory team at Rejuvenating Fertility Center found that post-thaw samples collected via at-home kits retained total motile sperm counts well above the clinical threshold required for IVF and ICSI, with volume and morphology preserved.
