Information Within the RFC Mentor Connect App. If you use the App, your clinic creates your account using your name and email address, and you provide your phone number for verification. Through the App you may share messages, images, audio recordings, and documents with your assigned mentor or patient, and we may collect device identifiers for push notifications and usage data such as login timestamps.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and appointment requests and schedule consultations;

• Provide, operate, and improve our website, services, and the App;

• Process and fulfill product orders and purchases;

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. No personal information, mobile number, or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Within the App, your messages are visible only to you and your assigned mentor or patient. Clinic administrators can view account status and assignment information but do not have access to the content of your private messages.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from RFC, we may send you SMS messages related to appointments, information you have requested, and general support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messaging, and reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Email Communications

If you consent to receive emails from us, we may send you information about our treatments, services, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, forms, messaging, and the App, and does not replace that Notice.
