RFC Mentor Connect — Privacy Policy

Rejuvenating Fertility Center ("RFC," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RFC Mentor Connect mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide : When your clinic creates your account, we receive your name and email address. During account setup, you provide your phone number for verification purposes. Through use of the App, you may share messages, images, audio recordings, and documents with your assigned mentor or patient.
Information Collected Automatically: We may collect device identifiers for the purpose of delivering push notifications. We collect usage data such as login timestamps and feature interactions to improve the App experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the App and its features; facilitate communication between patients and their assigned mentors; deliver treatment-phase-specific educational resources; verify your identity and secure your account; send account-related notifications; and enable clinic administrators to manage mentor-patient assignments.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your messages are visible only to you and your assigned mentor or patient. Clinic administrators can view account status and assignment information but do not have access to the content of your private messages. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the App's Settings screen or by contacting us directly.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
