Why We Are Different
1. IVF started 45 years ago when the first IVF baby was born through a Natural IVF cycle—with no medications, no chemicals, no pills, and no injections at all. Since then, most IVF centers have shifted to heavy injectable medications, causing discomfort, emotional stress, and financial burden.
2. Research shows that excessive injections are bad for egg quality that is why we offer less-invasive, science-backed treatments: Natural IVF and Gentle (Mini) IVF. These options use no medications or simple oral medications (with or without minimal injections if needed) while maintaining excellent pregnancy success rates in women older than 40.
3. Unlike centers that reject patients based on age, weight, AMH, FSH, or being labeled “difficult,” RFC does not discriminate. Every woman deserves at least one chance using her own eggs. Many women who were told “you will never get pregnant with your own eggs” have conceived at RFC. We have no age or weight cutoff.
4. Every protocol we use is rooted in science, peer-reviewed research, and ongoing medical innovation for women of all age groups including those older than 45 and the LGBTQ+ community.

Dr Merhi’s Journey to Becoming a Fertility Doctor
Growing up in Lebanon, a country full of history and resilience, Dr. Merhi learned early about perseverance and the power of hope—lessons that would shape his future. His father, a poet and economist, taught him the importance of understanding the human condition, while his mother’s nurturing spirit showed him the meaning of compassion and care.
When he moved to the U.S. for medical training, he initially envisioned helping women through complex diagnoses in gynecologic oncology. But as he grew closer to his patients, he felt their emotional pain—hope mixed with despair, the heartbreak of failed treatments, and the longing for a family that seemed just out of reach. He realized that what they needed most was not just medical expertise, but a beacon of hope—someone who could understand their fears, their heartbreak, and their unwavering desire to become parents.
That realization led him to reproductive endocrinology. He found his calling helping women and couples who felt their dreams of parenthood slipping away—offering them hope, support, and the chance to create a family. Every patient had their own story of hope, disappointment, and resilience—stories that inspired him to push boundaries and pioneer new treatments, such as ovarian rejuvenation, scientifically proven to restore ovarian function and give women a second chance.
Opening Rejuvenating Fertility Center (RFC) during the challenging times of the pandemic was a bold step. His vision was to create a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and empowered—where personalized care and innovative treatments offer new hope to those who have been told they cannot conceive. He understands the emotional weight of infertility: the sleepless nights, the tears of frustration, and the deep yearning for a family. That is why he is committed to walking this journey with every patient, turning dreams into reality, one family at a time.
To him, every success story is a testament to hope reignited. Every family created reminds him why he does what he does: to help women and couples find joy, fulfillment, and the miracle of motherhood. He believes that no matter how lost hope may seem, everyone deserves the chance to experience the wonder of becoming a parent—and he is honored to be part of each patient’s journey.
