RFC is a fertility center offering fertility evaluation and treatment, related products, and educational resources. Our website provides information about our services and locations and allows you to request appointments, contact us, and purchase select products. The RFC Mentor Connect App is a clinic-managed peer support platform connecting patients with mentors who have personal experience with fertility treatment.

THE CONTENT ON OUR WEBSITE AND THE APP IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. It does not create a physician-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Mentors within the App provide peer support based on personal experience only and do not provide medical advice.

5. Appointment Requests and Communications

When you submit a contact or appointment form, you authorize us to contact you using the information you provide. If you consent to receive text messages (SMS), message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply; you can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. If you consent to receive emails, you may unsubscribe at any time. Your use of our communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Products and Purchases

Certain products (such as at-home kits and supplements) may be available for purchase through our website. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change. Products are provided for their intended informational or wellness purpose and are not a substitute for professional medical care. All sales, returns, and refunds are subject to the policies presented at the time of purchase.

7. RFC Mentor Connect App

If you use the App, additional terms apply. Accounts are created and managed by authorized RFC clinic administrators, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the App only for peer support communication and not to present yourself as a medical professional, harass other users, or share another user's personal information outside the App. You retain ownership of content you submit through the App and grant RFC a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the App. RFC may review and remove content reported as violating these Terms and may suspend or terminate App accounts for violations. You may request App account deletion through the App's Settings screen.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RFC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us or through the App. By submitting content, you grant RFC a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
