RFC Mentor Connect — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RFC Mentor Connect mobile application ("the App") operated by Rejuvenating Fertility Center ("RFC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
RFC Mentor Connect is a clinic-managed peer support platform that connects fertility patients with mentors who have personal experience with fertility treatment. The App facilitates private communication and provides educational resources related to the fertility treatment process.
2. Medical Disclaimer
THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Mentors provide peer support based on personal experience only. All medical questions and concerns should be directed to your RFC clinical team or other qualified healthcare provider. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Account Registration and Security
Accounts are created and managed by authorized RFC clinic administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify RFC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of peer support communication. You shall not: share medical advice or present yourself as a medical professional (mentors provide peer support only); harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; share another user's personal information outside the App; upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; or use the App for any commercial purpose unrelated to RFC services.
5. Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including messages, images, and files. By submitting content, you grant RFC a limited license to store, transmit, and display such content as necessary to operate the App. RFC reserves the right to review and remove content that is reported as violating these Terms.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at rejuvenatingfertility.com/mentor-app-privacy.
7. Termination
RFC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at the discretion of clinic administration. You may request account deletion at any time through the App's Settings screen.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RFC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. RFC's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RFC for use of the App, if any.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
