Your IVF Journey, monitored close to home
You don't have to relocate to do IVF with RFC. Have your ultrasounds and bloodwork done at a clinic near you, send the results to our team, and travel to RFC just once — for your procedure. We have no age or weight cutoffs, and your protocol is personalized, gentle, and built around your hormones, your schedule, and where you live.

Live elsewhere?
Outside monitoring
More than half of RFC patients never live nearby. Here's how we make distance a non-issue.
1. Get tested locally. Ultrasounds and bloodwork are done at a clinic near you, on the schedule we set together.
2. Results sent to RFC. Your local results come straight to our team so we can make real-time medication adjustments.
3. Travel only once. You come to RFC for your retrieval (and transfer, if you're not freezing) — that's it.
Stimulation & Monitoring
Once your cycle aligns, you begin ovarian stimulation. Your monitoring scans and labs are done locally — depending on which IVF type you choose:
1) Natural IVF: No injections, No chemicals
-
Tracking your natural ovulation
2) Mini/Gentle IVF: Oral pills (Letrozole/Clomid) ± one daily injection
-
Designed to support egg quality, not quantity
3) Traditional IVF: 2-3 daily injections
-
Produces more follicles for those who may benefit from higher egg numbers

Retrieval, Fertilization, Growth
1. Egg Retrieval
When follicles reach the right size, we schedule your egg retrieval. Done under light or local anesthesia, a thin needle gently aspirates follicles from the ovaries. The procedure takes 10-15 minutes, and you go home the same day.
2. Sperm Collection
On the same day, sperm comes from a partner's fresh sample, frozen sample saved earlier, or donor sperm.
3. Fertilization & Development
Fertilization happens in our IVF laboratory using conventional IVF or ICSI. Embryos grow in controlled incubators for several days with regular quality checks.
4. Embryo Development
Embryo Development
Embryos grow in controlled incubators for 3–7 days. You can choose
-
Fresh embryo transfer
-
Embryo freezing for future FET
-
Biopsy and genetic testing (PGT)
Transfer & Support
A painless embryo transfer procedure places the embryo into your uterus using a catheter. You'll continue progesterone support during the two-week wait, with our team guiding you every day.
Confirmation & Graduation
A blood test 9–12 days after transfer confirms pregnancy. If positive, an ultrasound checks heartbeat and implantation before you graduate to your OB/GYN doctor.
